The Candy Cane Stroll, a fundraiser for The Senior Network, is YOUR opportunity to give back to the senior population in this community.
 

On December 6, 2025, inside the Triangle Town Center, there will be a FUN holiday atmosphere created with numerous informative vendors and live entertainment from 11 til 3. At 1 pm the main event will be a leisurely walk (stroll) around the mall with teams and individuals dressed as Santas, elves, reindeer and other characters as well as businesses displaying their logos. Everyone will come together and pledge money to help The Senior Network continue its work among seniors and bridging the gap with the younger generations.
 

There will be walkers, strollers, wheelchairs, scooters and people with canes in this costume parade “strolling” to help socialize seniors in an effort to avoid loneliness and depression that could eventually lead to death.

Won’t YOU come and join the community for this holiday FUN event for such a worthwhile cause?  There is still time to raise funds and to show your heartfelt desire to help the seniors in our community. Help put a SMILE ON SOMEONE’S FACE because YOU CARE!

 

Besides “strolling” in the parade, there is still some designated vendor space: 

• Businesses:  $100 per space/$50 for members

• Non-Profits:  $25 per space/$20 for members

Get your family, neighbors, business, church, school, clubs, teams, organization or a collection of friends together to become a participating team.  The more the merrier, but size is not an issue.  Choose a catchy name that will make your team standout from the crowd.  Your enthusiasm will make your team grow.  Take the time to slowdown during this busy season to relax, have Fun and help promote the well being of seniors.  They are counting on YOU!
