The Senior Network is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization in Rolesville that assists our senior citizens. Their mission is to “find and fulfill the needs of senior citizens”. Started by three sisters-all senior citizens in their own right-these tireless women provide rides to less mobile seniors to doctors’ appointments, the grocery store, the pharmacist, you name it. In addition, they host social events and arrange transportation for those wishing to attend. They also set up events so others can provide such information. And, they do all of this for free.​

Through your generosity from last year's golf tournament, The Senior Network was able to purchase a bus to provide transportation for seniors in the Wake Forest area who aren't able to transport themselves. That means seniors are now able to attend events to socialize with others, enjoy community, and fulfill everyday essential needs. Thank you for your generosity!

Now that we have a bus, this year's golf tournament is raising money to help fund the necessary socialization and transportation needs of our senior community.

Transportation is so important for seniors! Many seniors stay in their homes or rooms, rarely interacting with other people, which is detrimental to the physical and mental health of seniors. Transportation connects Seniors to emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being, all of which are essential for seniors to lead fulfilling, happy lives.

Since we now have a bus to get seniors to these events, we want to provide funds to make these events possible and take them to the next level! Your support of The Senior Network's Golf Tournament is essential to fund vital activities for seniors in the Wake County area!
